We are very sensitive to concerns about the high cost of infertility treatment. Realizing that we cannot help all patients to achieve pregnancy, we try to make treatment as affordable as possible so that our patients can have other options available to them when they leave our program. We achieve cost effectiveness by being efficient and by performing all aspects of the IVF process in house.

We are the only IVF program in the DFW Metroplex that has in network contract to perform IVF services for Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare patients. By using an in network facility, you can avoid out of network charges for physician services and facility fee.

For patients who do not have coverage for IVF treatment, we offer a discounted program that is second to none in affordability.

Most insurance plans cover the diagnostic testing of infertility and some may cover infertility treatments. A listing of covered services can be obtained by contacting the insurance company via phone or through the plan's website. Since these contractual agreements have varying expiration dates, please call the office to verify that your specific managed care plan is still contracted with us at the time of your appointment.

Payment Policy
In an effort to maintain our exceptionally low treatment cost, we must require that payment for all non-covered procedures be received at the time of service. We also appreciate payment of IVF treatment prior to the start of medication for the IVF cycle.

Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Personal Check or Money Order: Payment is accepted in the office or through mail. Personal check or money order should be made payable to ARCC and mailed to:
