Dr. Jean-Claire Dillon is a board-certified OB/GYN and reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) specialist with a passion for helping individuals and couples build the families they’ve dreamed of. With extensive training in both clinical care and research, Dr. Dillon brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to each patient’s unique fertility journey.

A proud Dallas native, Dr. Dillon earned her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Hampton University before returning to Texas to complete her medical degree at UT Southwestern. She went on to pursue OB/GYN residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), further supporting her commitment to patient-centered, accessible fertility care.

Dr. Dillon’s clinical interests include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, and improving access to fertility treatment. Her research has explored IVF accessibility, in-vitro maturation protocols, and how medication dosing can influence treatment outcomes. She has presented nationally at both the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Society for Reproductive Investigation (SRI).

Dr. Dillon is an active member of ASRM and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and is committed to staying at the forefront of reproductive medicine and innovation.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Dillon enjoys spending time in Dallas with her husband and two children, traveling, and engaging with her community.
